The Colani Ferrari Lotec Testa d'Oro. In 1991, with Mike Strasburg at the wheel, the car hit a world record for vehicles with catalytic converters when tested on Salt Lake, Utah. With a flying start, it achieved a top speed of 351 km/h. Quite possibly the oddest and least known Ferrari of all time, this car has intreagued me for ages.

The Testa d'Oro is one of the finest examples of Colani's aerodynamic expressionism. It started life as a Ferrari Testarossa before Colani took his carving knife to it, applying an elongated, stripstream body and protruding features. It was his vision of the future and philosophy on design, life, the world around us, and how we could improve it.

Answer: Probably need liposuction. Hard to be sure without examination but it appears that you had the small gland right under the aerola removed but the fat is still remaining in the rest of the breast, giving you the crater appearance. Hopefully this could be corrected by liposuctioning the breasts to give a smooth appearance.
